About this event
The American Heart Association's BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. This course is designed for healthcare professionals, health science students and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in the in-hospital facility.Plan to arrive early so that you have enough time to find parking and to get inside the Education Center to the classroom. Once class begins, late arrivals will not be permitted and will be asked to register for the next available class. No exceptions.
