About this event
The Heartcode BLS Skills Checkoff is two parts. Part 1: You are responsible for purchasing the online lesson. Go to https://shopcpr.heart.org to purchase the Heartcode BLS online lesson (product #25-3553). The cost of the online lesson is a separate fee paid when you purchase the online lesson and does not include the cost of the skills checkoff fee. Part 2: Upon completion of the online lesson, register and submit payment on our website. The skills checkoff fee is $50.00. You must bring your Certificate of Completion to the Skills Checkoff session.Class covers: Practice while watching: Scene Safety & Adult Compressions, Pocket Mask, 1-Rescuer Adult, bag-mask device adult, 2-Rescuer Adult, Rescue Breathing, 2-Rescuer Child CPR, Infant Compressions, bag-mask device infant, 2-rescuer Infant, Relief of Choking in Responsive Infant.
Skills Test includes: 1 Rescuer Adult, 2-Rescuer Adult, Use of AED, 1 Rescuer Infant, 2-Rescuer Infant.
Plan to arrive early so that you have enough time to find parking and to get inside the Education Center to the classroom. Once class begins, late arrivals will not be permitted and will be asked to register for the next available class. No exceptions.
