🩺 1. Vision and Goals Purpose To inspire high school students to explore healthcare careers through hands-on hospital experiences and age-appropriate career exposure.Expected Outcomes • Students gain excitement and understanding of healthcare careers. • Older students leave with actionable next steps. • Parents leave informed and engaged at the conclusion of the day.
Program groups are divided by grade level. Each group will get a tour of EAH, have hands-on skill stations, hear from different departments in the hospital setting, and have exciting challenges and competitions. End of day each student will receive a certificate and information sessions for their parents regarding career ladders, Earn and Learn opportunities, Dual Enrollments information, and more.Each class is for a specific grade level. Be sure you are registering for the appropriate class.

Please print and sign a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement shown below. Bring a completed copy with you to class.
On day of class, you will meet Workforce Development Staff in the hospital main lobby to turn in Non-Disclosure Agreement.
