Opelika's Neighborhood Mobile Wellness Clinic

Opelika's Neighborhood Mobile Wellness clinic is a joint effort between the Casey Family Foundation, the City of Opelika, and East Alabama Health. This travelling clinic will provide specific medical services in underserved areas of our community. The bus was donated by First Transit and funded by donations, and will allow patients the ability to access routine and chronic illness screenings, learn about disease prevention, and receive referrals to community resources.

Unity Wellness

Unity Wellness Center provides HIV testing and counseling, HIV primary medical care, medical case management services, and HIV prevention education and awareness programs. Our goal is to increase testing, awareness and education in our communities to reduce new infections.

Cornerstone

Cornerstone of East Alabama Health is dedicated to providing assistance to East Alabama Health employees in crisis in a caring and confidential manner, as well as partnering with the community on various service projects.

Parish Nurse Program

The Parish Nurse Program provides the opportunity for registered nurses employed by East Alabama Health to serve in their congregation or faith group. These nurses seek to reclaim the healing ministry of the faith community and serve as bridges between the community of faith and the medical community.
