The facility, which was completed in 2021, is part of the Auburn Medical Pavilion in the Auburn Research Park. With 24,000 square feet, this center offers a safe, comfortable, and convenient alternative to visiting the main hospital building for certain outpatient procedures.

The East Alabama Ambulatory Surgery Center is a joint venture between East Alabama Medical Center and a group of local physicians who perform a variety of surgical procedures.
