Register to Win Auburn Football Tickets and More

College football is back, and we have tickets for employees to win to Auburn Football home games. In fact, we will have tickets to give away for other AU sports as well as the 2022-2023 athletic year progresses. Those other sports are men’s basketball, women’s basketball, gymnastics, baseball and softball.

Contact your manager or director if you would like to be entered in these drawings. They will submit their lists to the P.R. and Marketing office, and employee numbers will be drawn each week that Auburn has one or more home games.The drawings are open to full-time and part-time employees only.

• IMPORTANT: If your number is listed, you will have until 12 noon on Wednesdays to claim your two (2) tickets. Tickets are claimed by emailing john.atkinson@eamc.org.
• If unclaimed by the deadline, new numbers will be drawn. Due to time constraints, the employee(s) with the new number(s) drawn will be contacted directly. Winners will receive their tickets on their cell phones via a ticket transfer.

• OTHER IMPORTANT INFO.
• The tickets MUST be used by the employee who wins. Employees can take a family member or friend with them, but the intent of providing these tickets is for employees to relax and enjoy a game. Tickets are not to be given away and tickets are definitely NOT to be sold!
• Because we want to see (and share) our employees having fun, we ask that winners send us 1-3 pictures from their outing. These can be sent to carson.stratton@eamc.org or john.atkinson@eamc.org. These will be used on our East Alabama Health Human Resources page and/or in The Breakroom newsletter.
• Once an employee wins, they will be ineligible for the remainder of the athletic year unless we run out of eligible numbers.
• If an employee is unable to attend the game for which their number is drawn, we will keep their name on our list for future drawings.
• Drawings are for specific games. To keep the process fair, employees will not be able to hand-select which game they wish to attend.
