EAMC North Parking Lot Repaving Project

The North Parking Lot at East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC) is being repaved. The project will occur in three phases. 

Phase 1 (Oct. 20 - Oct. 24)

• Phase 1 involves the six parking rows closest to Canopy 5 (East Alabama Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine) and Canopy 6 (Patient Pickup/The Surgery Center).
• The "Phase 1" lot closed Friday, Oct. 17. Any vehicles remaining in the lot must be moved by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19.

Phase 2 (Oct. 27 - 31)

• Phase 2 involves the five rows closest to the Wound Treatment Center and EMS.
• The “Phase 2” lot will close Friday, Oct. 24 and all vehicles must be moved by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Phase 3 (Nov. 3 - 7)

• Phase 3 involves the three rows between Canopy 5 and Big Blue Marble Academy, as well as the driveway between Canopy 5 and Canopy 6.
• The Phase 3 lot will close Friday, Oct. 31 and all vehicles must be moved by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2.

During this time, patients and visitors may continue to use the spaces closest to the building. EAMC Security and representatives from the paving company will be onsite to assist with traffic flow. One lane of traffic will be open at all times.
