EAMC Welcomes Austin Reece, M.D.

Austin Reece, M.D., has joined the team at Emergency Medicine South and is practicing in the Emergency Departments at both EAMC and EAMC-Lanier. Dr. Reece received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at the University of Tennessee – Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Dr. Reece received his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences at Auburn University. While at Auburn Dr. Reece also worked for EAMC in cardiac monitoring.

Dr. Reece, an Auburn native, is married to Emily and they have two children, William (3) and Eli (1). He and his family are excited to be back in the community and are looking forward to enjoying Auburn athletic events.
