Dwight Baker, M.D.
Dwight Baker, M.D. recently joined the team at the Wound Treatment Center. Dr. Baker attended Auburn University for his pre-medical education. He received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama and completed his residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham.
Dr. Baker practiced general surgery for 10 years before returning to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. for a two-year plastic surgery residency. He has been practicing plastic surgery in Dothan, Ala. for the past 27 years.
Outside of patient care, Dr. Baker enjoys spending time with his wife, Loretta, their three children and their seven grandchildren. He particularly enjoys traveling with Loretta, as well as fishing, playing the saxophone, and working out in the gym.
