Thomas Ball, who goes by “TJ”, shares his experience with the East Alabama Sleep Disorders Center at East Alabama Health. TJ travels from Enterprise, Ala. to receive care at East Alabama Medical Center.

My experience at the East Alabama Sleep Disorders Center has been amazing. I just had an appointment and said that exact thing to Dr. Hope. From Meredith, my nurse practitioner, to Dr. Blythe, my ENT physician who put in my device, and Dr. Hope, everyone has been so accommodating, especially since I am traveling a few hours to receive care. They are always very willing to help me out.

What stands out to me the most from my experience at the sleep clinic is the customer service and the team’s willingness to work with me. It has been a lengthy process, but everyone has been so great and helpful.

The biggest impact my care has had on my life is that I sleep better. My sleep is absolutely amazing! Driving two and a half hours one way up here does not bother me at all because of the experience and the help that I have had here. It has been an awesome experience, and completely worth my time to take off work to come here and receive the care that I receive specifically from this staff.
