About Me
John Axley, M.D. is a board-certified vascular surgeon with a passion for improving vascular health. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Dr. Axley completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he also conducted innovative outcomes research in vascular surgery.
With extensive experience treating conditions such as carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, limb salvage, venous disease, and more, Dr. Axley utilizes both open surgical and minimally invasive techniques to deliver exceptional care.
After practicing at Coastal Vascular and Interventional in Pensacola, Fla., Dr. Axley is excited to continue his practice in the Auburn/Opelika community. Outside of work, Dr. Axley enjoys college sporting events and spending time with his wife, Dr. Page Axley, and their daughter.
