Originally from Montgomery, Ala., Dr. McWhorter received her undergraduate degree from Huntington College and then pursued her master's degree from the University of Alabama. Dr. McWhorter earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and completed her residency in family medicine at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare.
In her free time, Dr. McWhorter enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and playing volleyball, pickleball, and board games.
