How to Use:
Enter your information into the fields, and then hit generate signature. Fields you choose to leave blank will not appear on the signature.
After your signature has been generated, click the copy button to copy your signature. Next, navigate to Outlook and create a new email. Click "Insert" in the top ribbon bar, click the "Signature" dropdown menu, and select "Signatures."
If you are using the Outlook desktop app, select "New" and enter a signature name. If you are using Outlook for the web, click "Add Signature." Next, paste your signature into the edit box and save. Be sure to set your new signature as the default signature for all emails.
