East Alabama Medical Center, located in Opelika, Alabama, is the main hospital campus of East Alabama Health, and provides full-service care for patients within an 11-county area in east Alabama. 

East Alabama Medical Center is licensed for 316 general, acute care beds, and features a surgical center, an emergency department with designation as a Level III Trauma Center, a Level III NICU, a 10-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit, a 20-bed intensive care unit, a 20-bed medical intensive care unit and a 10-bed neuroscience unit, as well as various outpatient health services. 

The medical center is home to an internal medicine residency program and a pharmacy residency program.
