New Facility Opening Soon
East Alabama Medical Center North will be home to both inpatient psychiatric services and outpatient care through East Alabama Psychiatric Services.
The 54,000 square-foot facility includes 40 private inpatient beds consisting of 10 adult male and 10 adult female beds, 11 short-term adolescent beds and 9 long-term adolescent beds.
EAMC North will also serve as the primary training location for East Alabama Health Psychiatry Residency Program.
