Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition Reimbursement Program
East Alabama Health is committed to helping employees grow their careers in healthcare fields that support our system’s most critical workforce needs. Our Tuition Assistance Program provides financial support for approved coursework that enhances an employee’s current role or prepares them for a future high-need healthcare pathway at EAH.
How the Program Works
Employees pay tuition and fees up front. After the semester is completed, reimbursement is provided based on final grades:
- A = 100% reimbursement
- B = 75% reimbursement
- C = 50% reimbursement
Participants must sign a one-year work-off agreement after the semester ends.
Employees must maintain full-time status while enrolled in courses and throughout the work-off period.
